YB Gobind Singh Deo stands at the forefront of the nation's technological evolution as Malaysia’s inaugural Minister of Digital, while concurrently serving as the elected Member of Parliament for Damansara. Under his decisive leadership, Malaysia has advanced a suite of landmark regulatory and technological reforms, including the implementation of the Cyber Security Act 2024, the Data Sharing Act 2025, the National Cloud Computing Policy, and strategic amendments to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. His tenure is defined by a commitment to future-proofing the nation's digital ecosystem, highlighted by the establishment of the National Artificial Intelligence Office (NAIO) and his spearheading of the inaugural ASEAN AI Malaysia Summit, which firmly underscored Malaysia’s regional leadership in navigating emerging technologies.

His current mandate in the digital sphere builds upon a strong track record of public service and advocacy. Serving previously as the Minister of Communications and Multimedia from 2018 to 2020, YB Gobind vigorously championed digital inclusion and affordable national connectivity. Before transitioning into high-level ministerial service, he built a formidable reputation in the legal arena. Trained as a barrister of Lincoln’s Inn and admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1996, he enjoyed a distinguished career as one of Malaysia’s leading legal minds, specializing in criminal, constitutional, and human rights law. This profound grounding in justice and constitutional frameworks continues to inform his equitable and secure approach to shaping Malaysia’s digital frontier.

Dennis Jee is the Chief Executive Officer of Moomoo Malaysia, bringing close to two decades of experience across compliance, risk management, and executive leadership at some of the region's leading financial institutions. He is focused on deepening local investor education and access, as well as guiding the business as it scales its user base and expands its role in Malaysia's evolving investment landscape. His combination of deep compliance expertise and operational leadership positions him to build a platform that is both innovative and firmly anchored in investor trust.

Dennis built the foundation of his career over nearly 18 years in regulatory and compliance leadership, holding senior compliance and risk roles at UBS, Macquarie Group, Credit Suisse, and Maybank Investment Banking Group including Head of Compliance Malaysia at three of these institutions. That grounding in regulatory rigor continues to shape his approach to building financial platforms that are trustworthy, transparent, and built to last.

He held leadership roles across brokerage and FinTech: COO at Moomoo Malaysia, COO at Malacca Securities (M+ Global), then CEO of Moomoo Thailand, where he led strategy and operations for a leading digital investment platform. He returned to Malaysia to assume his current role, bringing regional experience back to his career’s start.

Meng Keong “MK” Lee stands at the helm of regional energy and technology operations as the Managing Director in East Asia for SLB. Based in Kuala Lumpur, he commands a dynamic and expansive portfolio, taking direct responsibility for driving SLB’s business strategies and growth across eight key nations: Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, the Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Singapore, and Cambodia.

With a distinguished career spanning over 20 years within SLB, MK is a proven catalyst for digital and operational innovation. Prior to his current regional mandate, he was stationed in London and Dubai, where he spearheaded the global adoption of Digital Technologies within SLB’s Integrated Performance Management projects, delivering critical technological solutions to customers throughout the Middle East and North Africa. His strategic foresight is further underscored by a track record of executive leadership, having previously shaped overarching organizational directions through pivotal roles in Global Transformation Strategy, as well as serving as the VP of Operations and the HR Director for Asia Pacific.

MK’s formidable executive presence is built upon deep technical roots and extensive cross-continental expertise. Beginning his journey with SLB as a production data engineer, he steadily advanced through diverse business development and sales management roles across Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Australia, and France, alongside a line management tenure for the Scandinavia Business Unit in Norway. This rich, global industry perspective is firmly grounded in his academic foundation, having earned his Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire in 2000.

John Lim Ji Xiong is a pioneering force in the engineering and infrastructure sector, currently serving as the Group Chief Digital Officer of Gamuda Berhad and the Executive Director of Digital Innovation for both Gamuda Engineering and Gamuda Land. His journey with the organization began in 2013 through the Gamuda Scholarship Programme. Starting his career on the ground as a tunnel engineer for the MRT Putrajaya Line, John quickly distinguished himself by leading the development of the world’s first autonomous tunnel boring machine (TBM) software. This groundbreaking technological achievement earned global recognition, securing the prestigious Innovation of the Year Award at the 2019 International Tunnelling Association (ITA) Awards in the United States.


Driving systemic technological change across the organization, John founded the Gamuda Excellence Transformation (GET) team in 2021. By uniting diverse technology talent, he successfully accelerated the Group’s digital transformation across Building Information Modelling (BIM), Digital Engineering, Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Augmented Reality. These comprehensive efforts culminated in the organization receiving the IDC Future Enterprise of the Year Award in 2024. Building upon this robust foundation, he launched the Gamuda AI Academy that same year. With subsequent campus expansions into Sabah and Sarawak, the academy underscores his deep commitment to cultivating future-ready digital and AI talent not only for the Group, but for the nation.

Today, John stands at the helm of Gamuda Technologies, the Group’s newly established third core business pillar. Under his visionary leadership, this division leverages Gamuda’s profound engineering expertise alongside advanced digital capabilities to solve complex industry challenges. By innovatively applying data and AI to create new sources of value, John continues to develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance productivity, optimize decision-making, and pioneer more intelligent ways of designing, building, and operating the infrastructure and cities of tomorrow.

Amirah operates at the critical intersection of technology, governance, and societal impact as the Public Policy Manager for Malaysia on Meta’s Global Affairs team. In this pivotal role, she drives forward policy advocacy, strategic stakeholder engagement, and comprehensive socioeconomic impact programs. By actively participating in government working groups, industry consultations, and strategic partnerships, she plays a vital hand in shaping Malaysia's national agenda on the digital economy, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and online safety. Her expertise positions her as a prominent voice in the digital sphere, frequently serving as a speaker and moderator at high-level dialogues organized by the Malaysian government and United Nations agencies, including the Internet Governance Forum.

Her current strategic influence is built upon a formidable 12-year track record bridging the public and private sectors. Amirah's multifaceted career encompasses driving public affairs at a major Southeast Asian digital platform company and shaping business strategy within a public-listed corporation. Her foundational expertise was forged at the highest levels of the Malaysian government, where she advised Cabinet Ministers, spearheaded regional development planning, and served as the secretariat for the Federal Cabinet’s strategic communications task force. A Chevening Scholar and a trailblazing pioneer of the Perdana Fellows youth leadership program, her rigorous academic foundation includes a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Bachelor’s degree from King’s College London.

Beyond her professional milestones and academic rigor, Amirah is deeply committed to cultivating the next generation of leaders by actively mentoring young professionals. A former state tennis player who has since brought her competitive drive to the padel court, she applies a dynamic energy to all her pursuits. Yet, underpinning these high-level civic contributions and corporate achievements is her most foundational role: a dedicated mother of two.
